New Path Sarasota was born out of personal experience. We’ve each watched a loved one reach a point where getting around on their own had become more difficult, and we struggled to find transportation that felt safe, dependable, and truly caring. We started this company because we believe families facing that same crossroads deserve a better option than what was available to us at the time.
Meet the Founders
April Frieske is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of New Path Sarasota, leading the company’s vision, operations, and long-term direction. She brings nearly three decades of professional experience in clinical practice, organizational leadership, and quality improvement to her role as CEO, shaping the standards behind every part of New Path Sarasota. Her career has centered on building systems families can rely on, a commitment that shapes how New Path Sarasota treats every client.
John Hall is the Chief Experience Officer and Co-Founder of New Path Sarasota, where he designed the client experience from the ground up and personally provides every ride himself. He brings years of experience in the service industry, with a warm, attentive approach that earned him a loyal base of returning clients long before New Path Sarasota existed. For John, success isn’t just getting someone from point A to point B, it’s making sure every client and their family feel relief and security every step of the way.

Who Provides Your Ride
Right now, every ride is provided personally by John, our Chief Experience Officer and Co-Founder. As New Path grows, that same standard of care, attention, and trust grows with it.
Registered and Insured
New Path Sarasota LLC is registered with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) as a Homemaker and Companion Services provider, and every ride is fully insured. Our current registration covers Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, Lee, and Sarasota Counties.
